Think all of your losses were from fat or do you feel that you lost muscle.... Did your strength drop in your workouts? What type of diet did you have and did you exercise on and empty stomach?

when i diet down i always do morning cardio..has always worked wonders for me..and i have never noticed any significant strenght diffeence..infact, im dl more now than i did when bulking..go figure
 
morning cardio is the best before breakfast, BUT always take in minimum 20 g protein 1/2 hour before and 1-2 big cups of water about 10-15 min before.....

without the protein then you will be having problems :)
 
i just pop 2 capsuels of ripped fule and jump on my statinary bike..ofcourse, im Norwegian, we are alot tougher than lal you people..especially you swedes :)
