Not eating a balanced breakfast is totally antithetical to any fitness goal, whether it be fat loss or muscle building. It's been (presumably) 8+ hours since you last provided your body any nutrition, and your metabolic rate is at low ebb.


*Don't eat and you encourage that metabolic rate to stay lowered, which means you decrease the likelihood of your body needing to consume stored calories (body fat) for energy.


*Dont eat and you remain catabolic and substantially increase the likelihood of your body needing to consume some of it's nonessential lean body mass (skeletal muscle) for protein.


So in other words, to get skinnyfat, don't eat breakfast. :)
