I really love the plan of attack this is soooooo true people ask me all the time how I can do it. I tell them the best thing is planning out what you are going to eat etc. Pre cooking it etc that way there is no chace to cheat. I go as far as to carry around packs of tuna and almonds etc. To make sure I stay on track at all cost.
