when i workout hard, and i mean upto 85% of max heart-rate, for 30-40 minutes on a eliptical and DON'T sweat, what does this mean?
i thought, not working hard enough right, BUT sometimes i have sustained 60mins of treadmill powerwalking in the fat burning zone without sweating one bit.
why????
this makes me think i am wasting my workout, am i?
i drink whilst working out too.....and before and after.
anyone else?
