hello guys, i have been on this board several times and rejoined EF about two months ago. I have been just reading, searching and learning since I joined back up. Last night I made it back into the gym and started my diet. I went from a very lean 205lb 5'10" the end of november 2002 to a blob of a man @252 with almost no stamina, and I am 26 yrs old. i have started a very clean diet consisting of moderately high protein (1.5 grams per lb of body weight) and low carbs, no cokes, sugars, and drinking atleast a gallon of water a day. I have done a few cycles in the past with dbol and t400 and eq. my plan is to drop a ton of the weight before i even think about hitting the sauce again. I just wanted to say hello and post again to help get me motivated....btw are there any bros here from alabama? ill keep u posted on my progress and thanks for such a great support and knowledge group!

fuckin A man! way to get back on the horse.. I know where you're coming from, after college I was a lean 145 (i'm 5'6) and 3 years later I was looking in the mirror at a 190lb fat ass. I took me the better part of a year to get where I'm at now, around 155 but it was worth it. I mainly low-carbed my way down but I lost a lot of muscle doing that, so now I'm trying to get it back. Definitely lose the bf weight before juicing, you'll be glad you did. Have you used fitday.com at all? I try and use that everyday to keep track of what I eat, it helps alot. Hang in there, and hang around here as often as you can, these guys will keep you motivated! Good luck bro.

Welcome back! Thank lord, someone that doesn't hop on and say they want to lose 40 pounds in 10 weeks and ask what gear will make this happen. Diet, train, and rest! You'll be back before you know it! Good luck.

I just jumped back on that same horse about 6 months ago. Good for you man! It sucks big fat hairy ass for the first two or three months but stick with it. I almost fell off after about two months. Still having trouble staying motivated with stretched skin around my waist but as it shrinks up I think things will get better. Good luck.

After I left the military and got married I went from a rock hard 160 and about a 7% body fat to 238 top weight and ungodly bodyfat and went no way, a moderate low carb diet, hard and heavy lifting and 6 months later I was down to 172 and about 12% now after a couple of cycles and 8 weeks off from an injury. I am 195 and 18%bf.Lifting again and working Hard. You'll get there Bro.

well, i am glad i'm not the only failed lifter struggeling to get back in shape again. weight and bf gains and lean muscle loss just kinda sneaks up on you, doesn't it, guy? one day you look in the mirror and ...."woot! there it is!"

good luck bro glad to hear you are back on track just dont look back and keep pumping away.i hear on the layoff its hard to bounce back i had 2 back surgerys and its hard to get back in the game.
