Being a reformed fattie myself I actually have a bit of compassion and understanding for those that are really overweight and are trying to do something about it, be it atkins or zone or some fad diet, or just walking for excercise.. but I got nothing but disgust for those who just sit there and complain and try and pawn that shit off on genetics and fast food.
