I am just being here. And have made the choice to go for it. No matter what it takes.
But I was wondering what can i look forward to. When to the gym today and was talking to couple of guys that were really into the bodybuilding. I asked them for a spot. on flat bench.
Anyway they started in on tell me i should just give up I would never gain huge arms etc. Not even with all the juice in the world. Which pushs me even harder to make it work.
Im 33 yrs old
6' tall
140lbs maybe 150lb max.
31-32 waist 34" legs.
I lost about 35lbs due to the stress of a divorce but that is now past me
Can anyone out there give me some boost on what is out there if I push myself and diet and anything else out there.
To me when I see myself I see a thin lanky 6' tall person

Absolute rubbish. To be honest I think those gym guys want to put you down to be the hardest around. You'll definately gain muscle don't let anyone put you down, because that way, what they say is going to be true and your going to quit. Keep at it.

Those guys are a JOKE for telling you just to not bother. What a bunch of asses. I had a boyfriend once who was naturally very skinny. He ate tons and worked out hard, and looked AWESOME! You can gain! The bonus of being naturally thin was that he always had 6 pack abs, even in bulking phases, and he never did even one sit up!

Fix that diet! You are killing yourself eating that GARBAGE!

Well i have finally got brave enough to show you if i have changed any. I weighed in this morning and im am right at 195lb. are went from 11" pumped to 17" pumped. waist still 32" newme on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
