For roughly the past month, I have been in and out of the gym MAYBE 5 times. Lots going on, mom is sick and stuff..
Anyway, I am starting back to a full routine of 5 days. I am noticing something that sucks royally. My strength hasn't decreased very much, but mother fuck if anything over 5-8 reps kicks my ass. Since coming back, I am following a routine similar to Louden's, high intensity with lighter weight, sets of 10, etc...I am experiencing something I have NEVER felt before. It's like hitting a brick wall in the middle of a rep. Before, I could feel myself getting tired but still be able to finish the rep, however now I am getting fuckin plain out STUCK and can't move that muscle anymore. Usually happens right around the 2 or 3 set of 10. This has never happend before. Has my endurance went to shit that bad?
