Hope your getting enough calories today. I get the same way with stress. Undereating instead of overeating. The thought of indulging in another grilled chicken breast isn't gonna happen. lol

Working on the cals .. 1st meal of the day is 11:30 a.m. :rolleyes: but it will be & get better as the day progressess ... I have to finish up those errands I didn't get to yesterday ... one of which will be stopping by Vitamin Shoppe.

Can you provide your suggestions on the ginger related supps you take, in addition to the ones I currently take ... see my daily log post from today ... I'm updating it right now from the workout this morning, then dressed & out the door... I appreciate the help ... I just added a cran max supp as well ... thank you in advance. Much to do today which means I need to get OUT of this place... UGH ...

Hey Bun,

For ginger I actually buy the powder kind at CVS of all places and take a teaspoon in just enough water to let it dissolve. Really burns when you drink it so you do have to "chase" it with a lot more water and a piece of something. Cracker, fruit...

But the ginger capsules, 2-3 with each meal work just as good. Natures way or Solary Brand in particular. Not sure of the amount. Even better for digestion and health is their formula that combines it with Garlic and Cayenne pepper. I'm pretty sure Vitamin Shoppe has it. Let me know if that helps any.

I took the time to talk to a guy that I KNOW is working through the same 'aches' I have been, but his are turning more to injury ... do to lack of stretching, weight TOO heavy, and POOR form, esp. during unassisted dips ... I don't care how old you are... you can get injured at any age when things are NOT done properly ... There was a trainer in there working out, but of course never says anything, and to boot, left his weights on the OBB flat bench ... clamp'd ... I cringed ... so one of the regulars I see training often with regular #2 (who wasn't there) was laying on a flat bench, reached back, arched his back to grab the 60 lb WBB for skulls .. I say lay down full supine, the back arch, imbalance showed right away and went up tp him and said "sorry I don't mean to be a bitch, but I better not EVER see you grab a weight like that again ... " Esp. after we spoke in detail about the possible injury, need for deep tissue, stretching & icing & he's going to need to lower the weights along with the *test* when training with another male, which is fine , but you MUST check yourself ...

He wanted to know how much weight I lost, how I know so much, and why I am so dang lean ... week to week, if not day to day changes they see ... why? what am I doing? even called me skinnny (I corrected to leaning out, he understood *forgiven*) & grabbed my bicep (ugh why ya gotta touch me ... it's aight he married, & the tan + white + worked may the muscles look pretty sick again *brushed shoulder off* )

I gave him like to my story on EF via Google ... "Amanda Victoria" and told him No, I'm not the porn star :rolleyes:

So that's where I've been, where I came from how I learned... Hopefully he & his wifey will check it out & help inspire them in some way.

Thanks... kinda hear ya on the cobb webs... but I let all that out at the gym ;) Just had a good workout too (well at least IMO lol) I love that disturbed song... esp while working out :) Its amazing how little things like songs and stuff can push a workout to the next level thats for sure!!!
