Okay, in grayson Ky, this lady I knew got killed. Some convicted sex offender from Ohio met her and she must have been telling him about her daughters because he found out where she lived and killed all of them. He strangled the mom and killed one little girl with blunt force trauma and raped her. I think she was ten. He then set the house on fire and the youngest little girl (I think she was 3 or 4) he let burn alive. All three murdered by this bastard who is now facing the death penalty, if convicted. =-(
Another lady that I grew up going to church with her and her son was murdered just up the street from my grandma's house. She used to talk too much about how she kept all her cash at home instead of banks. So, someone came in and shot her and her son. Sadly, her son (around 50-something years old) was mentally and physically handicapped and could not even get out of bed. As in the last case, they set the house on fire with the bodies inside. They haven't caught the perps even though she called the cops an hour before the crime and asked the cops to come because she said the neighbor boys were harassing her driving by her house on ATV's and making all sorts of noise.
Finally, my mom used to live in a mobile home, literally, in my grandma's back yard. After my mom died, my grandma rented it out to a lady whose hubbie is in prison. Well, someone broke into it, tied her up, raped her and slit her wrists and left. She didn't die but cant ID the perps. Who the hell slits someone's wrists to kill them???
