I didn't read the whole thread BUT.....
GET yourself a weight belt for back support and start light with your dead lifts until you get yourself some decent form. If you arn't 100% on correct procedure ask some of the bros in ya gym.
Deadlifts are necessary core excercise. Just as important as bench or squats
