Bruise from injecting to deeply gave me a dent in my muscle belly

My dent is not small. Like I said though, it's from a pulled muscle and not from an injection. You can see it through my pants when i flex my quad. I'm a freak show

whatever I did, it was caused by poor injection technique, I am sure. It is a result of whatever damage I did to the muscle when the bruise happened. It is only visible when I flex and it looks like a strip of the muscle has been taken out. Its about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. I would guess it indents about 1 cm.
