Bruise from injecting to deeply gave me a dent in my muscle belly

It's been this way for years, the muscle is knotted up. I pulled it my senior year of high school during baseball season, I knew I was going to play in college so I couldn't sit out the rest of my senior year. This was before I ever even considered steroids.

I have lil indentations on my quads too, they look like big dimples, but I severely doubt they are from sticking myself......btw, how in the hell did you stick a 20g pin in your leg and not pass out.....

Has anyone else had this happen? I injected to deeply or something I think and now I have an indentation on my muslce belly in my quad. I got a real bad bruise their first and now that it is gone their is a dent. It sucks, I think its permanent.

A dent in the muscle belly?

No.

The muscle belly is encapulated by fascia and that doesn't dent, it's a strong sheath that gives the muscle it's shape and form.

You don't dent it.

I know a torn muscle can end up being like you bros are describing. Is it possible the you injected too fast caused some kind of tear in the muscle, especially using a larger pin?

I am wondering maybe if you had a small abcess and the tissue in that area died. I have a small dent in my quad like yours, and I think it might have happened this way. I will never know for sure.

A muscle tear will create scar tissue which can distort the muscle shape and size, but that's not a dent.....it's more like a bulge.

I use 20g needles all the time in my quads and have no "dents". Not sure what this is bro, I have never heard of anything like that before.

Wow! My right thigh has a huge dent in it. I have never pulled a muscle, but I have a good amount of scar tissue in my thighs from injections. I was led to believe that the dent I have in my thigh was caused by high BA content in gear that I was using. Benzyl Alcohol causes necrosis of the surrounding muscle tissue. My left thigh had a slight indentation, but I recently got rid of it by injecting directly into it. Are these happening right below the injection site?
