I wish I had this problem...........mine is the exact opposite. I'm diced, prob. sub 7%, but it's effecting my trying to add mass....so scared to lose the cuts, it's sick.
Damn.......IMHO, cutting is 100x easier than bulking! Esp. if you start shredded!
lmao, no, that is the final goal. I gotta get back in shape beano, I've been traveling for work for 4 months and could barely get to a gym, ate fast food, feel terrible, so this is my time back.

I bought a food scale this morning. you are a very exact person. have you tried keeping the same diet but adding 250 calories per day (which would be 1,750/week or exactly half a pound) and seeing if you gain on it? if not then add another 250 cals/day the next week? If you lift and do some cardio like you do I don't see how you couldn't add almost pure muscle doing that. For most people that would be IMPOSSIBLE, to count calories to exact. But you - I think you could. Don't know if I could but I'm going to find out after I get lean.
