Yeah I have been on a cut diet for a while. Started about 6 months ago. I was at about 15% body fat now I am under 10 . Worked my ass off really but it has really paid off. Ill be dieting till winter then ill bulk and start cutting again in late jan. Bodybuilding can really suck sometimes. Lol

Im trying to do the same I have no idea wha bodyfat im at but Im trying to get down to at least 10% If i had to guess i'd say the high teens..it sucks but gonna hit the cardio in about an hour.
 
Ill always hit u w k chop. Your a great bro. Keep working at it bro. I had an umbilical hernia surgery and had to stop training for a bit that's how mine got up so high. So I started back w just body weight exercises in the beginning and now im back 100% going heavy and my current cycle isn't hurting either. Lol I do that dam hiit Cardio 4x a week minimum bro bit now that I have my abs back I refuse to lose em! Lmao

Damn sounds like some serious surgery but glad you recovered 100% and the simple fact you went from that to where you are now is amazing I would of never suspected that looking at the pic in your profile. Thats pretty inspirational and I really need to step it up with the cardio. My mistake was bulking like an idiot and not counting my macros + beastdrol/19tren as a first cycle lol fml I was an idiot Im only 5'6 25 years old and got up to 190 on my cycle..the mass was there but it was mostly fat. Im down to 175 as of last week and I started my epi/tren cycle so Im at 180 right now I got a solid 4 pack but I want 6...mainly to spoil my gf I feel like she deserves to have a bf with a great body and now just sheer mass. But anyways lol getting off track but what kinda of cardio do you do I wanna be like you ;)

I'm starting to cut in the next week or two as well. I want to compete next year so need to drop about 15 or 20 and then maintain it until prep. Sub 10% is great though!!! You should be proud of yourself and I bet you're looking good too. :)
