or if you eat oats in the am meal.. wait 5-6 hours before you do cardio.. then

20min of intense then 40 minutes of low intensity cardio..

You guys..I'm dying today! I went out for a couple drinks last night and OMG...my eyes are soooo heavy right now! There's a Tim Hortons in the hospital I work in so I think I'm gonna have to go grab an extra large coffee! For my American friends, Tim's is our most beloved Canadian coffee shop!! Although, there may be a few USA franchises now...idk. But it's a cultural thing up here...ok..rambling on now....lol

We really didn't have alot of money so I grew up in a pretty rough neighborhood. I am in no way prejudice bro but I was like the only white kid so needless to say I had to defend myself quite often bro.

Was that really necessary? Lol your far from it duh but yea I know how that is. It was kinda the opposite for me but never really got into fights til after I graduated from high school

I kind of like fighting too. lol I've always been pretty physical though and love that physical outlet for stress and frustration and the rush of endorphins.

I have to say, owl, I raise my son by myself, always have from day 1 and you give me hope that he'll be ok and be a good man. So often, in my job, I see the opposite and it's nice to see someone who was in that situation and turned out successful. :)

Thanks cali! That is the nicest thing I think anyone has said to me. My mother was one tough woman. She took no shit and wasn't scared of anyone or anything. She was a great role model. Doesn't hurt that my grandma married very well when I was like 12 and next thing ya know we moved on up like the beverly hillbillies. Lmao

You are most welcome! and I mean it sincerely. Your mom did a good job. So I guess I need to find myself a rich hillbilly! LOL My son is almost 16, grade 11 and he's played soccer since age 4. He's in a specialized soccer high school program and we're just starting talks with various scouts for colleges, so I'm holding out hope that will be at least a year of college funding...since the rich hillbilly thought is about as likely as winning the lottery! ;)

It's funny because I have a chore list for him that he calls his "man jobs" that he has to do but there are times when the manning up lessons sure suck!! So I just remind him that even though he's a good 8 inches taller then I am, I can still take him!! He laughs....and then he does what I want. LOL

Gotta go find a gift card for The Evil Stepmother. Hopefully they'll have something suitable in the gift card kiosk at the grocery store down the street, that way I can just walk there.

When I first graduated university I went up to a really northern town, way up on the Alaska highway. It got so cold up there a lot of the people left their vehicles running through the night (all diesels). It's hard to describe that feeling of extreme cold and was certainly one of those experiences I'll never forget.

I drive a diesel truck but I don't have to let it run all night. Lol that is insane.

It was only usually anything beyond -45c or so...no one shut their vehicles off to get gas etc etc...was the weirdest thing at first. Even up here, where we plug our cars in if it gets too cold to kee the engines warm...it was beyond that!! lol
 
I got a #1 Meal at McDonald's today.

As if that wasn't bad enough, it was the McDonald's inside a Walmart Superstore. FML.

I was in a walmart superstore mcd's Friday night too...I was thinking that their Christmas tree looked better then mine and how sad was that!!! LOL
