I hate to admit this on the board but my diet sucks. It is so bad that if I only eat fast food once in the day and kind of eat healthy things the rest of the day, I consider it a good day of eating. The only thing I'm good at (other than taking 3-4 IU's of growth and 200mg primo per week for the past 7 weeks) is doing cardio on a regular basis. I have a Precor machine at my house and I do 20-25 minutes per day at high intensity about 4 times per week. I also go to the gym and lift about 4 days a week.
