Whats your diet look like?
I hate to admit this on the board but my diet sucks. It is so bad that if I only eat fast food once in the day and kind of eat healthy things the rest of the day, I consider it a good day of eating. The only thing I'm good at (other than taking 3-4 IU's of growth and 200mg primo per week for the past 7 weeks) is doing cardio on a regular basis. I have a Precor machine at my house and I do 20-25 minutes per day at high intensity about 4 times per week. I also go to the gym and lift about 4 days a week.

3-4 IU's of growth

theres the answer...........you can eat pretty much at will.............careful though, dangerous stuff.....

What do you mean by dangerous? Do you think 3-4 IU's per day is dangerous? I recently went to a very well respected sports doctor here in Ohio and he frowned on growth hormone also, but condoned steriods. I didn't ask him why he disliked growth but plan on asking him when I go back in for some more bloodwork.

cause he must not know much about it.... growth is very safe, just not as common as test, so people tend to be talk a bunch of crap when they dont have any knowledge. now if you were taking 6-16 iu's a day then maybe you would want to take a closer look at whats going on.

AAAh , you're starting to realize you have to consider the source of the information before you accept it.

1. If your abs look like that I doubt if you have any fat on inner thigh / ass So you are definitly under 10% 6% however may be pushing it

2. 3IU a day of HGH... I think the cost/benifit of HGH is the issue. Hyperplasia sounds kewl , but I have yet to hear anyone rave about the power of hgh. You probably can get better results from AAS with the same $$$. I think there's an issue with joints holding water with HGH other than that I don't see any danger

Gotta love the Boogeyman! :p

Thanks for that Plat thing bTW ;)

We used to have an option of calipers or reading device when i was Pt'ing. I always ysed the reader as it was far more acurate 3-4% error vs the callipers which have a 5-9% error rating ( combined human + mechanical) according to the manufacturer.

Bf calipers are good for nothing.

well if you want to get into calipers, there are actually 4 diffrent kinds. the ones that are at your locate health club, were the majority of trainers work, are pieces of shiat. now i bought my own caliper for my clients, it was $200 and it's been tested within 2% of measuring bf in water (the most accurate way there is).
