to clear this up, im shortstack, and im always right, he is at 8% +- lol
another thing you guys might consider (the ones that have their own bf measure and refferd off their own) is that diffrent people who use calipers come up with diffrent answers. there were 21 trainers at my gym, and we all were a little diffrent, sometimes up to 3% diffrent in our measuring. btw there is a 4 point caliper pinch and i 7 point caliper pinch. the 4 points are bis, tri's, sub scapula, and 2 inches above hip bone. your at around 8% buddy

Isn't the watertank the true gold standard? The speed/strength guy I work with has an electronic scale. For some of his guys, he'll do a few watertank measurements and compare them to the scale. Once we know your relative difference (i.e. Joe Blow is normally 2% higher on the scale than in the tank), he can use the scale exclusively and just adjust the number. What's wrong with that approach?

Also... it seems that calipers are often optimistic (or is it just me). Don't get me wrong, I love the results you can get with calipers, but a watertank that says 12% and calipers that say 9% won't actually make your abs look any tighter -- i've tried! :)

Shortstack is right, it always seems like im kissin your ass or laughin at your post, but damn you remind me so much of myself when i was your age
