Heavy weighted wide-grip pullups
Lat pulldowns
Upper back:
Heavy dumbell rows
Bent-over rows (holding weight on top)
Traps:
Heavy shrugs (drop setting)
Try it will barbells and dumbells.
whats some good stuff for building lats/ upper back anything else besides upright row to just crush your rhomboids and all around traps. i had to chime in since this thread is gettin type informative!
