Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routine

Re: Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routin

I might try it with 100kg in the near future, that would made half a beast? :supercool

You'd only be 500+ lbs off the one handed deadlift world record!! :D

I don't even want to know what the actual regular deadlift world record is :worried:

yeah....

I tried 225 today after pre breakfast cardio. It was just siting there by the squat rack calling my name. Shit didn't even budge lol. I am sure i could do it after a few weeks of training for it. Hell maybe even if I had some food in my belly and i was warmed up I could do it.

Impressive feat of strength alert......lol...I have snatched 135 one armed. With both my right and left hand. Actually imo one arm snatches are easier than two armed snatches. *insert dirty jokes here* lol.

135 it's more than 90-95% of EF pop can claim and it is easier to adjust to one dumbell than two even if the weight is less! After all your body adjusts itself to lift that one dumbell not just the working arm as some people seen to think.

yeh I've never tried it and I seriously doubt that I could do it...my body is not accustomed to such lifts...

that is some hardcore shit!

1003 I think?

Re: Bodybuilding Routines: Post Your Bodybuilding Training For Help With A New Routin

Well the issue about the one arm deadlift is overcoming the lack of balance that lifting a long bar with one hand produces on your body once you get past the balance issue, it will be easier to increase the weight progressively.

Barbell bro. Honestly, I think that a 135 pound DB would be harder than a barbell. I have snatched the 40 kg kettlebell and that was harder than the 135 pound BB. It is really all about technique and explosion. When you think about it 135 is not a lot of weight, but you have to move fast to put it over head. One arm BB snatches are fun as fuck too. I used to do this crazy shit all the time. no rhyme or reason. OHS, behind the neck jerks, one armed snatches. This is just fun stuff. It doesn't really fit into my training now, but I am very interested in "Dinosaur" training and grip strength. The family usually has feats of strength after we air our grievances for Festivus. lol
