Blacks suing corporate USA for $1.4 trillion!

Just saw it on tv. A bunch of blacks and lawyers got together and filed a $1.4 trillion lawsuit against atleast 19 major companies that they feel benefited from slavery! Unreal. That is what we need in this country, people suing the companies that are driving the GDP and providing jobs during this recession. Good job black america!

Correct me if I'm wrong... but.

1) Isn't it true that NONE of these 19 companies have owned slaves this century?
2) Can't you only be sued if you do something illegal?
3) Isn't it true that IF any of these companies did employ the use of slaves, they did so WHEN SLAVERY WAS LEGAL?
4) In light of the above, isn't it true that these race warlords have absolutely no case?

The sad part here is that those 19 companies will have to pay their own legal fees. With our shitty legal system, any lawyer can go ahead and sue a large corporation in hopes of a big paycheck and the only one getting hurt even if found not guilty is the corporation. Same shit for civil suits and traffic court. Did you know that I hired a lawyer, plead not guilty to my ticket, was found not guilty, and still have to pay court costs? That makes a lot of sense.

This country's legal system is a disgrace.

Well all I can say is this. If I get a check in the mail from this I'm damn sure gonna cash it. But I'm certainly not gonna hold my breath. I don't know law all that well but I didn't think you could sue for something that happened hundreds of years ago.

My friend is suing his college because he got a degree and doesn't have a job. I have another friend who is suing Germany for the Holocaust, and I'm suing Osama bin Laden for making everyone talk shit about Arabs.

By the way, my first impression about this was that it would be dismissed but due to rapid Afirmative Action, blacks have been given high ranking judicial posts so anything can happen.

Why is it that aside from Judge Judy, the 6 other TV judges are black??? Wow thats not bad for only 14% of the total population.

They were blabbing something about no statute of limitations since this is a crime against humanity. They are supposed to divi it up between 35 million blacks. I am going to sue Uncle Sam for using my money that he stole from my paychecks to pay for social programs i won't ever use.

You can be sued for anything, you might not win but you can sue anyway. I.E. Nothing illegal was done in the McDonalds coffee spilling incident. Nothing illegal is done when someone slips and falls in a shopping mall, but law suits still arise.
