Had one of those crap days today. Didn't sleep good last night and my knee is bothering me again, why i don't know but it is.
Back Squats -
bar - 10, front squat x10 just bar
135lbs x10, 10
225lbs x10, x1 knee felt dodgy and ijust wasnt in the mood to push it today so stopped, slammed some shit in anger and did abs. The rest of the workout sucked, not even worth posting.
