big problem -cant grow????

hello to all!

plz i again try to understand and got no answears,

im 35yo and training about 5 years im taking now my cant remember around 20th cycle ,im just start 4 weeks ago testoviron depot 500mg per week

and for the past few month not just now befor also i cant grow why?
my steroids not bulk they from my pharmacy i take them,im eating much more then usual im geting very horny and very strong ,everything that show im on cycle exept gain?
not up even 1 kg my mucle little pump but nothing much im taking gainer,no exploed but still nothing plz plz help

why is it and trust me i eat alot cant eat more and anyway testoviron suppouse to to pump me with water but nothing happend

i tryied creatine that always put in my body lots water and the same nothing

plz you help thanks guys!!!!!
 
Whats your stats like? Whats your diet like? Training schedule? We need more info to help.. Also run some blood tests to make sure gear isn't bunk.

But more importantly. STATS, DIET, Schedule. Thanks bro.

ok look my english bad so ill try :

im working out almost 5 years i grew at the 2 begining years around 25 kg

my last cycle was 3 month ego and almost i didnt grow at all

my body stop to save water sudenlly i was sick for 3 days i was in toilet then i lost 7 kg in 3 days cause i was pump so i lost all my water,after i start works hard and start testoviron and nothing my body still dry after 1 month allready

my diet is not that good but i was like this all my life i eat everything i want (still i was groing great always so whats the diffrent)

my body fat is 16%
i suffer many years from blood presure but i take normiten to lower it

in the gym i one of the strongest ,but still; all the pump gone

i stop gaining wheights even if i eat alot but belive me i never eat good but with cycle i was always put more 4,5 kg (even water i dont care i was looks great)

my testoviron not bulk again im telling cause i buying it in pharmacy and in my country its one of the best pharmacy in the world and im feeling very horny and storng thats say its not bulk

its like after i was sick and lost kg i cant take it back the wheights

im now on 80 kg cant put 1 kg more

i know if ill eat all day maybe ill get big but hey guys i use testoviron so where is the water retrectiuon?

if i eat more im in toilet more so im loosing more wheiths its funny but its like this for me if i eat les im les in toilet and keeping my wheights!!!

i hope radar can help you out man. he is a whiz with vitals and such.

it might just boil down to poor genetics. you did say you put on 25kilos, which is a lot. maybe your expectations are too high, its not about how much weight you put on. i haven't put on weight in a long time.. but I am stronger today and I look better. have less body fat then i did 2 years ago. heck I weighed 193 2 years ago, and today I am 182ish and I'm a short guy at only 5'6".. but my body fat is down 5% and my bench is up 15-20 pounds.. squat up 40-50 pounds. so I am leaner and meaner today and i look way better in the mirror.

how bout you put up a pic of how you were before you started working out till now side by side. and i bet you will see a huge difference
 
stevesmi you right im alot better but you know im very pumped but after i was sick and lost wheights my pump go down

i dont need to put more wheights but just to get the pump back

maybe what i think is that because i was taking many cycles ,my body got use to the gear and to grow again i need more gear maybe not 500mg depot but 750

i dont know

Eating lots doesn't mean shit.
Eating lots of shit = full of shit.
This a meal I plan I am borrowing, everyone can comment all you want its fine and lets all be helpfull here. I have changed it up for my personally, however I feel this is a good place to start. No alcohal in here and no McDonalds.

Meal 1.
3 egg whites and 2 eggs.
1/2 cup oats
1.5 tbsp liquid Fish oil

Meal 2.
5 oz chicken breast
3/4 cup brown rice (measure cooked)
1 cup broccoli
7 walnuts

Meal 3.
3/4 cup oats
2 scoops whey protein isolate
1tbsp almond butter

Meal 4.
5 oz lean grnd turkey
1 med sweet potato
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp cashews

Meal 5
2 scoops whey protein
1 scoop waxy maize

Meal 6.
4 oz eye of round steak
Large green salad
1 tbsp extra vgn oil and bal vin

You need to do more, or you reached your genetic limit. It's one or the other. That's basic biology and no one is an exception.
 
You said you've done 20 cycle but you're at 16%bf and only 80kg?? WTF.. There's defiantly something wrong here.. You either dont work out hard or eating like a bird.. You are getting stronger but not bigger, thats because your diet is shit and not getting enough lean calories in.. Post up your full diet here and i 'll help you...
 
oh people im sure you all right i know my diet is suck but i cant belive it

cause with the shit i eat and the steroiids i was always grow till now
maybe ill try diffrent diet

just to let you know for now im

eating in the morning milk with kornflex or two bread toast with chicken

at noon i eat big plate of potato or rise with chicken or spageti

at night i eat raise or potato with some meat i have at work(chicken beef what ever)

thats it and the problem im not want to drink so i almost drink nothing

plz dont laugh :worried:


i try what you all say and ill complittly change my diet starting with lots good and lots more meal

Bro 3 meals a day is nowhere near enough you want to be eating 7-8 meals

throw in an oral make a decent actual "cycle" and eat more test to me only gives me libido and you may fall under the same category as me orals are my new love they pack the hardest and fastest punch get in and get out
 
bro it sounds like you're food intake isn't enough

there is no way in hell you can put on muscle if you don't eat well,YOU have to eat more than you're going to be burning up while training.
you also have to have fuel to burn while working out.I eat at least 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day to feed my body

you've got to also train your ass off to create muscle breakdown that will be repair itself as long as you eat right,which will cause muscle growth and overall stimulation.it sounds like you're off on 2 different major things bro.

Eat exactly what you eat now, but add 6 eggs, a cup of nuts, 10 olives and two BIG BLASTS mixed with whole milk every day and in one month you'll be 10 pounds heavier.

GOOD.. But make sure the food is not junk, and its clean, like eggs, steak, chicken breast, rice, poatoe.. 3 meals is very little for someone who takes steroids and work hard in the gym, unless each meal is 1200 calories, which is stupid..
Also water is very important for muscle growth, make sure you drink atleast minimum of 4 litres a day..

how is this working for you? im asking because it seems like very little meat, i eat at least 2 pounds, try to get 3 a day. plenty of peanuts thrown in the blender too.

I know you eat a lot but can you tell me " exactly" how much you eat every day. "exactly how many calories and where they all came from?" if you do not know the answer to this then you have found your problem.

I gave him a diet plan to follow and how to supplement in between meals, lets see how he does.

ok update:for radar and everybody

after few days (less then week)i tryied somthing else and put more 4 kg..........
its carzy very fast alot!

so what i did:

i read what radar told me in private and few more stuff and i did this

:i eat what i eat as usual ands added every 3 houres 10 gram of protein with nsacks

and twice aday i made myself ashake unbelivable shake

<put in a blender 1 full glass of oats,3 glass of milk ,half glass water,1 full spoon of peanut butter 1 scoop of palm spread 1 scoop of my gainer or protein puder 1 banana thats it i blend it all and it gives me 750ml of shake in bottel and i drink all

this i made twice aday and belive me its unbelivable gain booster

i feel full all day and good !:rainbow:
