I'm basically eating on a cutting diet right now, high protein and carbs only in the morning. Should i up my calories to keep size going into pct or keep doing what I'm doing?
totally depends on what your cycle is.. your history, what works for you, etc.
if you are purely bulking then the easy answer is keep eating eating eating. but eat clean as you should be doing. dirty bulking can get you into trouble
If its working for you I wouldn't change it much. Just make small changes as necessary and use n2slin to maximize those nutrients. You don't wanna go crazy adding in lots of calories. You can't get away with it like you could on juice. You take in a whole bunch of excess calories when your natural and you get fat. Just make small adjustments as necessary and you'll be fine.
increase the cals during pct to hold onto as much muscle as possible. But like mentioned, make it clean. You also aren't as efficient with processing nutrients now that you are off cycle as you were on, so if it's dirty, you WILL put on some fat. Also, make sure to get a serm for your pct.
