I call bullshit on this post.......there is no fucking way in hell you did an anadrol cycle gained 20 pounds and kept every goddamned bit of that.if that much weight is gained on anadrol about at least 70% of that shit is due to water retention which you will lose as soon as you come off of the fucking cycle.

first figure out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) by doing this
step 1. take your weight in lbs and divide by 2.2 to get weight in kilo's
step 2. 1x kg's x24=____
step 3. on a scale of 1-8 how active to you think you are? 8 being an elite athlete.
step 4. take that number, add a 1 in front of it (ie if you chose 5 then it would be 1.5) and multiply the "1.5" x BMR=_____
step 5. take your average caloric intake and x by .10=TEF(thermal affect of food)
step 6. add step 2,4,5 and that is your BMR
step 7. add 350 cals a a day to the total of step 6 to that to put on 1 pound of muscle, repeat as needed.
