Best shoulder day options

Arnold press is the best with bench press stack shoulders and chest same day
 
I'm looking to do a good shoulder workout
I figured I could sneak it in on a Wednesday in between my splits that were on Tuesday and Thursday
I've got several exercises on my list
front raises
bent over reverse fly
upright row
seated dumbbell press
barbell standing press
Arnold press
Any more suggestions on what I could be missing?
What are you doing now?
 
I really spam side raise to work the middle head and get the 3d look. Your front heads get hit alot during chest so I don’t work those as much. But middle and rear delts I hit hard

You have way too much front delt work here imo, and in general too much movements for shoulders.
Add some lateral raises and chose of the pressing variation(BB, DB or arnold press, skip front raises unless you really need to give your front delts more work on top of what you already have). If upright row gives you results - sure, otherwise opt for something like cable raises.
