I have been flitting back and forth, looking at the other boards on this site. This one is definetly the best. Very informative and supportive of everyone......unlike some of the others. Must be the perfect blend of test floating around here ; not an overload of it Kudos to the moderators and participants for making it a good board.

I love this board..I always think of where Id be w/out it..Id probly be one of those women who do cardio for hours on in and wouldnt lift heavy weights for fear of getting huge!!!

Warlobo - you should take it as a huge compliment! Everytime I go to eat something with lots of sugar in it I think, "Warlobo would not approve!!" or if I want to stop my cardio workout after 45 minutes I think, "Warlobo insisted on 60 minutes - 15 more minutes!!"
