Here is my max outs please tell me how im doing
Age:14
Weight:115

Bench press:180
Squat:245x3
Dead lift:215

Please tell me what i need to improve on and how thanks!
 
Looks good keep working hard!! My son is only 16, hes benching 225x3 . Hes only about 140lbs. I try to tell him to eat clean but you know how yall youngsters are. lolololol
 
not sure if this is true but heard it.

there should be a ratio of bench, squat, deads of 1:2:3.

anyone else ever heard of this?

that's ridiculous. I wish my squat was 540 lbs and deadlift was 810lbs (My current bench is 270).
 
in bodyweight terms I've seen:
1.0 military
1.5 bench
2.0 squat
2.5 dead

This is to maintain proportion.

To the OP, your squat is no joke. Make sure you are going sub-parallel, ass to the ground or it doesn't count. You will become a better strength athlete because of it...
