Haven't been lifting consistantly since July of last year. I was using creatine then and just got busy and sort of tapered off on lifting. I'm starting up again this week to get in shape for summer and hopefully I keep the consistent lifting going. Anyway, I hear from friends that D-Bol provides excellent gains but I need to know what kind of dosage to start with and if there's anything I should take it with to minimize sides and to maximize gains. I am more conerened with upper body gains more than anything so would a good routine be everyday one day doing back and biceps, 2nd day chest and tris, 3rd day shoulders? Or do that routine but switch muscle groups every other day to have a day of re-coop inbetween? Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks a lot, I'm really liking the forum by the way.
