weekend rest or run whichever i feel like..i know there are no legs in this...and there should be, but i do incorporate legs some during the week....so dont preach guys, lol. sometimes on the weekend I get up and run on an empty stomach.
My diet just consists of eating as clean as possible and if i splurge I just try to keep portions smaller....
