weekend rest or run whichever i feel like..i know there are no legs in this...and there should be, but i do incorporate legs some during the week....so dont preach guys, lol. sometimes on the weekend I get up and run on an empty stomach.
My diet just consists of eating as clean as possible and if i splurge I just try to keep portions smaller....

That's awesome RH -- excellent progress & it only gets better! Maybe you have some special someone you want to wrap a bow around those abs for for xmas?

thank you...I very much appreciate the encouraging words...there are a few on elite that have informed me and helped me to the road I am on. I'm here to stay.
 
great progress bro, keep it up. try to keep a diary of sort to keep track of everything that you are doing thats working for you, this will make it much easier to figure out what works best for you, especially since you are seeing some nice progress.

good idea i may try that...that pic was taken a couple of months ago...i think ive gained a little muscle and lost a little body fat since then....
