1 year ago as a runner. 140 pounds. 7% bf.. i was still doing 100 pushups back then.. scrawny but still muscular.. and very strong for my size.

added 20 pounds FIRST then did 2 cycles of deca/sustanon.

today as a bodybuilder. 190 pounds 15% bf

now my next goal is to cut down to 12% bf and grow muscle.

we will see where I'm at in another year

is it easy to tell which is before and which is after? lol

You put on an ass of size bro. I done this the first couple of times, but now I try to bulk very lean. Actually I am bulking right now, my waist widens out but I keep a trace of my abs, makes getting to target BF a lot easier. You looking big and mean thou bro good job.

Bro that is awesome! I was also a runner and was around 150 nothing but cuts. Now IM at 180 and can still see a 4 pack. Good job bro.

You got a lot bigger. You may need to clean up your diet or deal with some bloat issues though.

WOW! You got BIG, man.

I use to be strictly a runner with tons of push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups. Then I met a guy who was a great help to me in the weight lifting area. I put on 30 pounds in 6 months.

I have a hard time controlling my body fat now, even though I still do a ton of cardio. My diet is jacked 6 months out of the year due to my job though.

Good luck getting your bf% down and meeting all your goals. Keep up the good work.

Honestly you got BIG but the before pic is way more impressive to me I also was a runner/soccer and rugby player my whole life went from 170 to my current 205 in a year... I still have the metabolism... I gotta ass load of stretch marks though :(

If you would do a cutter now and add some sarms-4 you would look impressive!

thanks guys.

to answer some of your questions.

my primary goal was strength and mass. i can remember struggling to do 225 on the BENCH press when i was a runner. but now I do 225 as a warmup 10 reps. i zoomed to 315 which is incredible. I am only 5' 6"... now that I achieved my 315 goal of 6 racks my new goal is to cut down but mantain my muscle. I'm not looking to perform on stage or anything like that.> I just enjoy this sport of transforming the body, and I enjoy getting compliments in person. I met up with a couple people I haven't seen in like a year and they were like "you changed!" and made the bodybuilder pose, and I told them yeah i was a runner before, now i'm a lifter!

i realize it is hard but this is where Primo will come into play.. i plan on running a primo cycle next and BUSTING MY ASS and eating ridiculously clean as I already do. my diet is extremely clean. I don't eat any fatty foods, junk food, condiments, etc etc. I only eat veggies, fruit, eggs, whole grains, lean meats like chicken/turkey, good fats like nuts/salmon.

my last cycle ended 4th of July. I am in recovery right now. as soon as I recover it will be time for my next cycle but no rush.. in the mean time I am already cutting down.. little things like only putting olive oil on salads, etc. I've dropped 2% bf from my high of 17%, now down to 15% now which is still unnaceptable but I am working on it. and my size is still there (or it looks better thanks to a loss of fat)

any other questions or critiques feel free to fire away. anyone can get these results with dedication, also i think my previous experience lifting came into play here with muscle memory, i dont think my genetics are particularly GREAT, i always was the skinny kid in school until i started lifting late in high school.

I think my main weapon was WHOLE FOODS. that really made the difference. no way could I have gotten there without a lot of food and ELITE FITNESS also.
