Been clean for 7 months, when does the shrinking stop?

Lost about 12-15 pound, actually quite happy(expected to lose more). Will the shrinking continue even though im hitting hard? ALso, taking just insulin right now...hopefully muscle memory will kick in
 
7 mos and still shrinking? What are your stats? Are you that far past your genetic potential? Are you over training, not getting enough rest or food? Give us some info here.

I would say that the first 3-4 months were the most noticable. However, when I look at myself every single day, it's hard not to be non-biased.
 
Shrinkage

To be honest with you, I dont think that I am shrinkng much more. It may just be muscle dysmorphia(all in my head). Here's the deal. Up until 7 months ago I stayed "on" for many years. Been jucing for 4-5 years and never started bodybuilding clean, always was chemically enhanced. I was arrested and put in jail for these past 7 months(just got out and please dont ask about my case, im thoroughly exhausted telling it over and over). Right before I went into jail I weighed in @ 220 lbs @ 5%. decent for me...NOW, i weigh 218 but b.f. is around 12-15% and im usually ALWAYS lean...that is, until now...i can actually see a spare tire forming around my stomach area. I do know that I have lost muscle and gain some fat. Should I expect to lose more muscle and/or gain more fat? It's difficult to predict I know, but though ide ask.
 
If you have been on for that many years,more than likely you have low test levels.As long as your test levels are really low you will more than likely continue to lose LBM.

you were in jail and thats all you lost? LOL You should be happy.

what do they give you 3 meals a day, shit looks like those cheap TV dinners.

I would probaly could have done 7 months before I even started gear and lost 20lbs of muscle.

Dont let it bother you, get back into it, get that nutrition and you will be fine.
 
Not to be negative, but you NEVER trained without juice? That's why you shrunk- you never built a real base. You real have no idea how your body responds either, if you did it al on roids. Do yourself a huge favor- train for 5 years first with gut busing poundages and intensity, THEN if you feel you need to juice think about it. I trained 15 years befoer I even took one testosterone shot- legally prescribed--- and I've NEVER shrunk- except during very long layoff or illness.
