beautiful breakfast

god, british people eat some weird ass shit.

tuc, why didnt you have any steak and kidney pie with that?

give me GM foods all day long. i would rather eat that than risk getting infected with pryons that eat my brain because i chose to dine on brains and spinal cords.

As for you people complaining aobut what Brits eat..........I wonder what goes into your burgers. Everythnig but the shit thats what........and thats debatable.

Mebbe I shouldn't tell you about watching my grandfather eat boiled pigs trotters huh.

My other grandfather had a thing about raw liver.

You guys waste all the good stuff.

oh, i dont burger king or mcdonalds. sure, my body might be pigeon/raccoon/boot deficient, but i am more than ok with that.

I figure if you are gonna kill summat you ought to make use of as much of it as possible.........americans fail to do that as far as I can see.

As for pigeons........
when I was at uni there was a guy who was a but of a headcase. Anyhow, he noticed that there were a lot of pigeons around. He basically used to grab em and rip their heads off prior to turning em into pigeon pie. Used to walk to a kitchem covered in feathers on a regular basis.

I was hoping to see a sexy picture of an omelette and a slab of steak. I've not had yorkshire pudding but I'm not sure it's my cup of tea.

That looks like a wet dirty towel. I can't fathom seeing that at the grocery store and considering wanting to eat it. :(

i can see the necessity not to waste notdutch
and my heritage being chinese irish and jamaican
my ancestors wasted nothing also
i have eaten many of the things you have mentioned
just nothing i would want as a regular part of my diet
but i do a very nice oxtail soup
and my version of my mum's braised duckfeet is awesome

peeps don't knock all of these dishes
there can be some health benefits to eating certain foods
such as duck feet, trotters (never had pig trotters but i love lamb shanks....same diff)
very high in collagen
for those of us alittle older and experiencing joint pain collagen rich foods offer some relief

Yorkshire pudding.........

y_pudd.jpg

It is basically eggs, flour and milk mixed into a batter. Then you roast it so it rises and goes crispy around the edges.. A lot more appetising than it sounds.

Cool........yeah I remember my grandparentas doing it that way. Now most people seem to do individual puddings.........most make their own but that is the only pic I could find.
