first shot last night in the delt! OMFG in pain today!! Does baking really help it? does it damage the gear? Anh ideas on something I could cut it with to lessen the pain?

I think he meant baking but dude, I'm on it right now, all you need to do is both glutes and both quads and roate that cycle.. do it right after you get out of the shower and then stretch all those lower muscles for 30 seconds.... its really not that bad and it goes in a lot easier after you get out the shower...

thats exactly how i do it and no pain whatsoever but i use LSP prop :)

Using BD Prop myself right now. Yes, baking it makes it painless, and yes, it still works great.

Bake at 175 degrees F for 20 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes. Repeat cycle two more times.

Note: Be sure to put a pin (not the whole syringe) through the top of the vial and just barely penetrate the rubber stopper...don't let the pin touch the liquid. The goal is to just let the benzyl alcohol evaporate a bit and vent out through the pin.

On a side note, however, I don't know that I would take it in the delts. Quads and glutes in my opinion work best for oil based injections. Maybe that's just me, though. I don't like to use the larger pins anywhere except quads and glutes (and I have a slight preference for the glutes).

See I was under the impression that prop hurt due to the fact it crystalized in the muscle. If baking it works like what you say then why doesn't everyone just do it?

Hmmmm..... Not sure if boiling off the BA is a good idea...... The BA is in there to keep bacteria out, so boiling it off increases risk of infection.... I guess if youre shooting it ED, that shouldn't be a problem, but if youre not using it very quickly, best to leave the BA in there......
