Too many people are affraid of gaining a few extra pounds. If anyone knows anything about nutrition and exercise, extra bodyweight can be shed.
People are worrying too much.
Why bulk cut, bulk cut, bulk cut when you can just go on a diet and continuously gain at a lesser rate?
The bulk cut thing made me to 260lbs, then I looked in the mirror and I was really fat (possibly 20-22% bf). Now for over half a year, I have been trying to get leaner. Guess what? I am still around 10-12%.
Wish I hadn't ate so much and listened to everyone on this board. I am not an ectomorph, so this way of life isn't for me. My whole last year has been somewhat of a waste, because I got fat and now I am trying to lose the fat to look somewhat decent. Even my strength gains have suffered in some areas because of this.
Maybe this is just me and it works for you, but no more gaining 20lbs while bulking for me.

Luckily, lately I see a lot of guys supporting what I am saying, so I can't be that off-base.
Strength matters to me, size matters to me, but I am not gonna kid myself and say I like being fat. I feel uncomfortable in anything over 10%, and my body hated the 260lbs as I couldn't even breath normal. Once I start bulking again, I am just gonna try to keep my bf controllable to be safe.
