bad part of bulking

If you can try to gain a little slower that often helps as well.
But like everything else, it seems to be a difficult balancing act.

You can try bulking on a CKD, or any diet where you have lower carbs. Those excess carbs aren't really necessary. Though, some people argue differently. You'll get there either way, just depends on your preferred route. Some don't mind the excess weight and ignore what other people say. Others, like myself, dislike having that gut and try and get around it.

Im in the same boat as you DecaBane I started bulking a couple of months ago at 6’2” 185lbs with six pack, started taking creatine. Im up to 202 now but I have lost some definition due to water retention from creatine I think, and have defiantly gained some fat. I am making gains on most of my measurements but after only two months its nothing major. What should I expect to be gaining on arms, chest and legs? Been training for close to 2 years now, last 8 months been real intense.

I think most of my definition loss is from water retention because of creatine. In the morning, since I'm not guzzling water all night. I still see at least 4 of my abs and I look better.

At night, after about a gallon and half of water during the day, I'm lookin pretty bloated.

Thats exacly what happens to me, four abs in the morning and and by night a rounded keg with only two abs at the top, not sure if creatine is worh it, didnt notice extreme strenth gains or anything.

I sweat more easily now that I weight a lot more. It sucks, since it's 104 in Texas when I drive home from work I get swamp ass even though it's only like a 15 minute commute.
