hey flexed bro... your sweating it too much. i admire your vigilance in your diet, but it's o.k. to falter every once in awhile. take a day off from the diet and the gym and get back on track tomorrow. your probably causing more harm w/ all the cortisol you're stirring by worrying so much about your diet than you did by missing a few grams of protein.
