Back in the gym! Help Please.

Hello

Just getting back into the gym after a couple years off.

Use to be a gym finatic, so I know what I am doing just need some advice.

Where should I begin.

I want to take some sort of enhancer. Maybe clen. I don't want to get huge, just ripped and put a tad of size on...I am 5'9 170...5'9 and 180 ripped would be great.

Should I start with clen, or is it not time to start with clen....

Just a little help and advice would be apprrecited....

I have taken "gear" in the past but do not want to get that serious now....

I totaly agree and thanks for the advice....BUT, just need a little boost...I am 34. MArried with children..Young wife, It is tough to get motivated....ANy more advice would be appreciated.

Listen to Tatyana. If you haven't even gotten back into it and are looking for enhancement you'll never get anywhere. No excuses. Be glad you have a young wife.

If you need a per-workout boost go with ZIP and Amp02.

you really don't need anything to get to where you want to be. Just watch your diet, and train like you know how. Stay away from fast food, junk food, etc. Make sure you get enough high quality protein (eggs, fish, chicken) 200-300grams/day. Keep fats moderate and healthy. Keep carbs on the low end with mostly low GI sources and be sure to eat raw veggies every day. You'll get to 180 in no time, just as fast and easy as with any "enhancers".

The only enhancers I would recommend are a good protein supp., maybe something like Amp02 for a pre-workout stim. (product works GREAT and you'll feel awesome in the gym without feeling shaky or any negative effects - this is coming from a guy who is sensitive to stimulants too).

for the next 3 months get your diet and traning correct then consider adding something.
 
I would suggest training for at least 6 months first. Your muscles have memory and you'll be surprised how much different you'll look in 3 months. After six months is usually when you hit a plateau when coming back. Do to working a shitty job and always being on the road I didn't workout for almost a year, took a look at myself in the mirror......and quit my job the next day, been lifting ever since with great results. Also remember your diet is one of the most important things you can do. You can easily gain 10lbs of lean mass without the use of steroids by changing your diet. Also including cardio and even an over the counter fat burner will help you achieve your goal. I wouldn't bother with trying to take steroids yet, as a 10lb gain should be obtainable.

Good advice but I'm surprised Nelson didn't recommend some of the products he offers. From what I've researched seems to be solid stuff, drop him a line I'm sure he'll be helpful and you'll find what you're looking for.

Being fit to be around for your kids is pretty good motivation.

Look at other fat dads that can't run around with their kids.

Stay sexy for young wife.

Think about doing it for them rather than for yourself.

Get a copy of Pumping Iron or a DVD of one of your fav BBers and watch it when you feel your motivation slipping.

Listen to Nelson. There are enough OTC supps that do work as pre and post work-out boosters you don't need drugs.

Clen has been linked to heart cell damage, and with a family, just for the gym and a bit of motivation, just to look good, is it really worth the potential consequences.

It's not like you are going to be paying the bills with your physique.
 
Clen is a CONTEST PREP drug, not a casual 'loose some weight and gain a little muscle" drug.

And who the hell wants a 'little amount of muscle'

What supps you take is unimportant. How you eat and train is. WHat does your diet and workout look like? Lay out your exact program please.

As always -- supps just give that extra 5% edge. Of course it's training and diet. But the edge you get from supps are safer and longer lasting. al is correct. Clen gives a last minute advantage which serves you no good right now.
 
everyone is right no need for chemicals yet. 10lbs shouldn't be a problem, you have been out of the gym for a while now the muscle will jump on your frame very fast trust me (muscle memory), take dermacrine sustain, amp02,lipoflame, unleashed, and you should reach your goal no problem, just make sure diet is in check, just my 2c
