Interested in learning how to do clean and jerks. Seems like nobody in the gym wants to help you or they have no clue what they're doing. I would like to get some tips right here on the forum from you gurus on how I can improve them.
Right now I can only clean the bar and 25 lb on each side. I don't feel like I'm getting better. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
