This is what I'm on:
1. Fina at 75mg ED
2. T3 at 25mcgs/day
3. Test at 250mg/week
4. Proviron at 25mg ED
5. Novaldex at 10mg/day(This is more for lipids than anyhting else)
6. HgH at 3-4IU's/day(I only have enough for 2 weeks...IMO just enough to see some improvement in my shoulder)
That's it for drugs.
Now supplements is another story:
1. Yohimburn ES(legs) ED.
2. Ab-Solved(abs) ED.
3. Levorexin at 16 caps/day + 1 cap GT/day + 1 cap ALCar/day
4. Glut. Peptides: 2 Scoops/day
5. T2 at 400mcgs/day
6. ISO-AGB at 2-3 scoops/day
7. Whey Protein Isolate at 4-5 scoops/day
8. Policosanol at 30mg/day + vIT. c 2G/DAY + 1200iu Vit. E
9. R-ALA: 600-1000mgs/day
I do not use ECA. Makes my hands shake. I hate that. Too bad AF had to discontinue NYC.
All I'm doing right now is very, very light cardio for 1-1.5hrs(40% HR)/day + I increased fat calories and protein calories to compensate(Don't want to lose muscle).
What I do know is that 2-3 days of Glut. Peptides+ISO-AGB+Whey Protein Isolate+some fat(P. Butter) gives you outstanding results. Great combo for breaking a plateau.
