191.5lbs...BF% dropping due to GH+combo of Levorex and Yohimburn ES.
Should be about 9% now. My 6-pack is completely there. Back is striated pretty good too. 1 more week and it's time to hit chest and legs like crazy. Oh yeah, and I hate stationary bikes. :) So bloody boring.

hey fonzy, how about you send me me some of that extra gear you have in storage,.. im broke and can't afford even 1/10 the amount of drugs you are on!

Is this guy a walking pharmacy or what. What aren't you on bro? Eviction has the good genetics, however you are definitly ahead in the cuts department. Strange ab development as well as what looks to be a very wide waist.

This is what I'm on:

1. Fina at 75mg ED
2. T3 at 25mcgs/day
3. Test at 250mg/week
4. Proviron at 25mg ED
5. Novaldex at 10mg/day(This is more for lipids than anyhting else)
6. HgH at 3-4IU's/day(I only have enough for 2 weeks...IMO just enough to see some improvement in my shoulder)

That's it for drugs.

Now supplements is another story:

1. Yohimburn ES(legs) ED.
2. Ab-Solved(abs) ED.
3. Levorexin at 16 caps/day + 1 cap GT/day + 1 cap ALCar/day
4. Glut. Peptides: 2 Scoops/day
5. T2 at 400mcgs/day
6. ISO-AGB at 2-3 scoops/day
7. Whey Protein Isolate at 4-5 scoops/day
8. Policosanol at 30mg/day + vIT. c 2G/DAY + 1200iu Vit. E
9. R-ALA: 600-1000mgs/day

I do not use ECA. Makes my hands shake. I hate that. Too bad AF had to discontinue NYC.

All I'm doing right now is very, very light cardio for 1-1.5hrs(40% HR)/day + I increased fat calories and protein calories to compensate(Don't want to lose muscle).

What I do know is that 2-3 days of Glut. Peptides+ISO-AGB+Whey Protein Isolate+some fat(P. Butter) gives you outstanding results. Great combo for breaking a plateau.

I'm not doing intensive cardio...no need for large AAS doses to keep my muscle. I have good genetics as well.....specially when it comes to cutting.

lol, well.. i guess i'll have to tighten up my diet a little and my superior genetics should carry me to victory :P

hello, i am new here but not new to the game. sorry to say but Fonz i have seen your pics from before and now and you really have made no changes yet still insist on taking all this shit. better make some changes or you will continue to make no improvements. i have been there before and a few tweaks in my training is all it took for me to make noticeable changes. goodluck
