It was sheer luck I got hold of the GH. It's working well. I do hate waking up at 6 Am to do 1.5hrs of very light cardio on my stationary bike at home though. Which really sucks. But you got to do what you got to do and suck it up. Besides, it wakes you up... :) I do miss HIT training though. I'm about 194lbs right now. BF% dropping slowly but surely. 9.5% or so. Hard to measure .5% with the calipers. The calipers acuracy impedes this. But mirror wise...I'm getting leaner. Abs are pretty much in shape. Same deal with back, legs, and arms. All I have to do is hit chest/shoulders/calves when my shoulder finally heals. I give it a week and a half thanks to the GH.

Dam Fonz..1.5 hours of light cardio....Is that everyday? Or for this contest? Your a Mad Genius thats all I got to say.... :)

dieting is going good. skin is thinning up nicely in the abs area. Gyno is almost gone thanks to novladex. The only change i've made to my diet is no fast food. I'll be changing that shortly as my diet begins today when i start hittin this light var only cycle. I'm going to up my protein intake, lower my carb intake, and reduce the sodium by about 300%.
