OSHA work regulations are very clear about the matter....IF you employer is not allowing breaks thruout the day, they re in violation of the law

Our regulations are that you get at least a 30 minute break during a working day. Nothing about allowing breaks throughout the day. Yes we are allowed toilet breaks, but I can't swap them for more lunch breaks

I've got to agree... I don't believe there are excuses for anything. Hell, some men in prison manage to put on some muscle and they have a pretty restrictive schedule, wouldn't you say?

Break or no break, put some fricken almonds in your pocket. Eat egg whites in your car when you're at a red light. Or "Oops, I forgot something in my car!" and suck down a shake. If you WANT IT you will find a way to MAKE IT WORK. Excuses only mean you don't really want it. I have yet to hear an excuse that is 100% valid...
