As a function of your body weight, how strong are you?

I don't do 1rm lifts but...

squat 335 for 4 reps - 2x body weight
dead 385 for 4-5 reps - 2.2x body weight
Bench is only 225x3 - 1.3x body weight :(

I'd imagine I could add 10-15% for 1rm

Im pretty weak but getting stronger
weight 195 5'6

deadlift 275
squat 245x3(never goto failure on squats)
bench 195x1 havent maxed on flat in months though,prob close to 215 as I incline 185x1
 
5'10.5" @ 250lbs.

bench - 405 for reps
squats and deads - 315.

I stay light on deads and squats. Too much stress on my knees, Ive been under the knife too many times.

ok, my lifts are piss poor but here we go

5-11, steppen the scale last night, 207.6

bench-no idea
incline-225 x 8
dead- 425 x 1
squat- 385 x 7

Nope its in northern Indiana.......Your lifts arnt bad at all.
