arms on monday, chest on friday....

hi my programme is

monday - arms
tuesday - legs
wed - back
thrsday - shoulders
friday - chest...


now is that okay? i used to do chest on mondays, but but not any more... its been a week into this... hoping to see etter results...shall i carry on rm i going to be wasting my time...?
 
I use a four day split in where I work body parts twice a week. Such as

Mon-Back, Incline Bench Press
Tues-Shoulders, Tris

Thur-Legs,Back
Fri-Chest,Bis, and one shoulder exercise
