May be its stupid Q,but I'm gonna ask anyway!
I did cycle 10 weeks :400 EQ/w , 500 SUST/w,.
and gained 2 lbs.Yess 2 lbs.
I've been taking Arimidex thrue 0.25 ED.
Could Arimidex effect Gaines???
My stats :40 yers old ,5'8 , 172 lbs.
Planing to do next cycle,and not sure to use ARIMIDEX again.
What do you bro's think about it????

A)Your gear was bunk

B)Your nutrition was WAY off)

C)both of the above.

Arimidex doesn't limit muscle gains to any great degree at all,only estrogen-influenced edema.Time to analyze the source of your gear/nutritional habits and make the necessary adjustments next time around.

if the gear was real and your shut down and your diet is that off, i predict your cycle to be gain 2lbs loose 15lbs LOL!!!

I doubt that arimidex was the culprit in this case BUT estrogen edema can easily be controlled by watching your sodium intake and arimidex does have an effect on your gains because of the reduced amount of igf-1 .

Poor guy. Give him a break. Regardless arimidex doesn't hamper gains much. Like huck said, the water retention (inhibited by arimidex) may be anabolic but that's about it bro.

what was your diet like??? did you take in 20cals per lb of bodyweight??? (~3400cals/day???)

did you take your 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight??? (~340g protein/day???)

did you get your rest, at least 8 hours per night?

lastly are you sure your gear was not BUNK???
