Ok...so it may sound strange...but I really grow as I increase my carb intake. It is easiest for me to eat tons of white rice (with soy sauce and hot sauce) a few times a day...

Anyone want to join me for one week...starting Monday? I will have 3 meals where white rice will be my carb source. 2 meals of 2 cups (precooked) and one meal of 1 cup. Monday to Monday extra carb loading...anyone want to join me? I'll get on the scales on Friday night and see what I tip it at...so I can weigh myself.

Ummm...NO thanks!! You can bulk by yourself. I am bulking and not even trying so I would hate to see what happened if I did. I would outweigh YOU!!! ;)
 
I just have 2 big boxes of white rice here...and it goes great with some soy sauce. I'll get some brown rice too...

If you want to wait one month I'll be starting my bulking cycle...I promise you my caloric intake will probably be close to double yours....probably... (around 6,500) My poor tummy :bawling: :devil:
 
Haha...nope...no cycle here at all. 6,000 kcals is about my normal daily diet at the moment...it takes a lot to bulk when you are already 285.

C'mon...JUST for a week!!!

Im currently bulking and would be interested to hear this white rice carb tactic and more details on the b fold bulking diet.
 
My bulking diet is just TONS of food!!! :) I am just gonna add a ton of rice to it next week to see if I can tip the scales at about 287-290. I think I am about 280 at the moment:(
