Anyone want to bulk with me?

hey btrue.. what's your current bf%? and did you say that your average daily caloric intake is 6000 cals and that you maintain at 285lbs? do you play sports? why so big? do you do any cardio or no? why not drop just 1000 cals a day and lose one to two pounds of fat a week.. while probably not even losing any strength? just curious as to your motives...

Just to let you know....he has hardly any fat on him at all. He is one big muscle! He's a very very lean 285! :)

j/p.. for real? i knew he was big.. but i could never tell by the pics if he was carrying some fat weight or not.. btw.. i wasn't trying to flame him.. nor was i being sarcastic.. just wondering.. that's all...:)
 
Other than a little fat that I hold around my waist as well as for the nice chubby cheeks that I keep...I'm fairly lean. My quads are cross striated on the medial-lateral (sp) head and a few are starting to come out on my inner quad (teardrop). You can also see every split in my hams. My legs have always been very lean and vascular though...probably just genetics.

You can see some of my pics in my signature. Just copy and paste. In some of them...you can see that I am actually fairly lean:) I am a fairly large boned person though...big hands and feet especially.

Large other muscle? Ummm...I got robbed on that one:( :)

I don't want to lose bodyfat at all...I actually want to gain some over the next couple of weeks. My gym lifting is going to slow down drastically as my contest nears and my event training picks up. I want to put on a little now because as my event training/cardio picks up...I'll burn it all off.

Still no takers?

already there man. I'm at 238 right now but still not happy with where i'm at...well, im 6'3 so I can stand to gain some more size. Why all the white rice though? Go with some good old fasion rolled oats (oatmeal) I eat like 6 cups a day of that stuff, and at 300 cals a cup, the cals add up...so does the protein. each cup has 10 grams of protein. so by the end of the day, im getting 1800 cals from oatmeal (not to mention 60 grams of protein)

I'll add the oatmeal on top. The white rice is just good because I can eat a ton of it and it is digested quickly. Have just had some good luck with it in the past.

Dry oatmeal is an awesome source of carb calories...I also like potato flakes, very high in potassium, I will try some white rice too.
 
exactly how many calories are in a cup of white rice? i like to eat rice, chicken, and gravy. that is like my staple meal throughout the week
 
A cup of dry white rice (not cooked) has about 35-40 g of carbs. 2 cups of that, cooked, gives you a healthy dose of carbs...enough to grow on:).
