hey btrue.. what's your current bf%? and did you say that your average daily caloric intake is 6000 cals and that you maintain at 285lbs? do you play sports? why so big? do you do any cardio or no? why not drop just 1000 cals a day and lose one to two pounds of fat a week.. while probably not even losing any strength? just curious as to your motives...
