But; it's the extremism of the people of that region that breeds the kind of terrorism we are fighting against. You can't reason with this type of mind set. Many are tought this "over the top" hatred for others as infants. Hezbollah teaches it in their schools with Sesame Street type puppets.

i thought the point of this thread was to bash muslims cause they are savage and stoned them...

everyone was saying thats why we should nuke all of the middle east and those savages dont deserve to live etc etc...

so then people of the same background and culture of those who stoned the girl (who yall were saying all deserved to die as apeople and all suck), were killed as retaliation and now you guys are sayiing that THATS why muslims are evil.

sexism is a little different than sexual violence
the courts obivously make this distinction by the relatively minor offense of sexism being punished by loss of employment or civil fines...while stoning someone to death would mostly likely lead to life w/no parole or possibly even capital punishment

I wonder how many would take it a step further if it was accepted here like it was over there. It would be a good way to separate the bad apples from the hypocrites. Then we'd be able to get rid of them as well. It's pretty damn sad when a law is the only thing stopping a person's violent tendencies. It should start with core morality, plain and simple.

The Middle East is a few centuries behind though. We need to get the fuck out of there. We can thank politics for this very thread.

Define racist. Last I knew, Muslims weren't genetically different from me. The Yazidi are a very small sect of Kurds, Wahabists, including King Fahd, are a very large group of Muslims. As are the radical Shi'a in the Sadr army.

Not all Muslims are evil. But the moderates better get off thier asses and start protesting suicide bombings, beheading and mass murders PUBLICLY or they are complicit in thier silence.
