Ya I do all that and more, always rotate but the right ass cheek dam. Talking reduce the build up of already formed scar tissue not how to prevent it

You can't once it's there it's there,it may get smaller over the yrs of non usage however a moistureizer or baby oil will help keep it smoother so injs are less likely to bend your pins.
