scar tissue?? or bad injection?

I think its scar tissue and you hit it at a wrong angle

rotate sites add shoulders, arms, lats into the mix

very rare, but every now and then its hard to push the oil into the glute. meaning, after pinning the needle into the glute, the plunger seems stuck and eventually pushes the oil in very slowly. is this due to an area of scar tissue or a bad injection?

Geneva test e 250 thru a 23g in the glute. like i said, most injections are smooth so its not the oil or the gauge of the needle. thanks
